House rules — what “(within reason)” means
Everything about the supporter experience goes up here, whether I personally agree with it or not. Only three things get removed: abuse, posts naming individuals, and football decisions — wanting a new striker is passion, a sixteen-minute queue is a problem, and this board is for problems. Duplicates get pointed at the original so the backing stacks up in one place. Issues make the Priority list two ways: because lots of fans back them, or because they’re serious for the fans they affect — one supporter who can’t reach the accessible facilities doesn’t need a hundred backs to matter. If your post hasn’t appeared within 24 hours, it’s either in the queue or it’s hit one of the three rules — email me and I’ll tell you straight.
